TS KGBV Eligibility Criteria

• Only Female Candidates Are Eligible For The Post For Special Officer, CRTs, PETs And PGCRTs in KGBVs.
• Dates Of All Genders Are Eligible For The Post Of Special Officers And CRTs and URSs.
• Differently Abled Person Are Not Eligible For The Post Of Physical Education Teacher

Qualification

TS KGBV Qualification: Candidates who have completed or passed Educationalqualification or Equivalent From a Recognized Board are eligible to apply.

Post Graduate Contract Resident Teacher (PGCRT)

• A Post Graduate Degree in the subject concerned (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a University recognized by the UGC.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or B.A. B.Ed / B.Sc. B.Ed from any institution recognized by NCTE or B.Ed. (Special Education) from any institution recognized by RCI with the subject concerned as a Methodology.
• M.A. in Economics / Applied Economics / Mathematical Economics / Rural Development
• M.Com. in Commerce / M.F.A. (Master of Financial Analysis) renamed as M.Com (Financial Accounting) having B.Com at graduation level shall alone be considered.
• M.A. in Political Science / Public Administration

Special Officer

• A Post Graduate Degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a University recognized by the UGC
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or B.A. B.Ed. / B.Sc. B.Ed. from any institution recognized by NCTE or B.Ed. (Special Education) from any institution recognized by RCI with the subject concerned as a Methodology.
• Pass in Paper II of Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET) / Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET) (Prior to 06.2014) / Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) with Mathematics and Science (or) Social studies as Optional.

Contract Resident Teachers (CRTs):

• Must possess a Graduate / Post Graduate Degree OR
• Must possess a 4-year B.A. B.Ed. / B.Sc. B.Ed. Integrated degree OR
• Must possess a 4-year B.A. B.Ed. / B.Sc. B.Ed. Integrated degree
• Pass in Paper II of Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET) / Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET)

Physical Education Teachers (PETs):

• Must Process Intermediate And
• A Certificate/ Undergraduate Diploma In Physical Education/Diploma In Physical Education OR
• Must Process A Bachelor’s Degree And Bachelor Of Physical Education (B.P.Ed)
