SAIL MT Selection Process: The Candidates will be selected on the basis on..

• Candidates interested in applying for the post of Management Trainee (Technical) in E-1 Grade in cells should have appeared in the graduate aptitude test in the Engineering 2022 examination (GATE 2022)
• The company shall consider candidates who have appeared in GATE 2022 in either of the aforementioned disciplines.
• Based on their Performance in GATE 2022, the contest will be e short-listed for appearing in the group discussion and personal interview.

SAIL MT Salary Details: The Selected Candidates will get the Pay Scale as Given Below.

• Basic pay – Rs. 50000 in the pay scale of Rs. 50000-160000/-
• On successful completion of training of one year the Management Trainee (Technical) will be designated as assistant manager in the pay scale of Rs. 60000/- to 180000/-

• Degree in Engineering with 65% marks in any of seven engineering disciplines of mechanical, metallurgy, electrical, chemical, civil instrumentation, and mining.
• The candidate also gave a valid Gate 2022 score in the respective discipline.

SAIL MT Age Limit: The candidate’s age limit will be as per the below detail:

• • Maximum Age Limit: 18 to 28 Years.

Age Relaxation:

• • OBC Candidates: 03 Years | SC/ST Candidates: 05 Years
